Supplies Required: 

  • Paper Plate
  • Leaf
  • Sharpie
  • Paint
  • Paper Clip
  • Magnet


Fall Leaf Magnetic Color Mixing Process Art-How to: 

Lay a large leaf across the center of your paper plate and use the sharpie to trace around the edges of the leaf and stem. Put small drops of your different colors on the top, bottom, and sides of your leaf outline. Take a large paper clip and place it directly in the center of your plate. Hold your magnet above the plate and use it to move the paper clip through the paints and all around the paper plate. Once they are all complete, cut out each one and you will have colorful leaves to hang all around your classroom.
