Turkey In A Bag

My "In Bag Crafts" is a great hit amongst teachers and kids!  This is a mess-free form of process art which can be incorporated with any theme. It's a great way to teach preschoolers and kindergartners about color mixing. Check out this mess-free turkey painting activity! This turkey art works well with a variety of November/Thanksgiving lessons and with preschool and early elementary students. This sensory art is created when students print and cut out a Free Turkey template, add a few dabs of paint to it, and place it into a Ziplock bag. Once the turkey is in the bag, students will use their fingers to “paint” the turkey…MESS FREE! Once completed, this November craft can be removed from the bag to dry. BUT, before drying completely, add a googly eye for a little extra fine motor fun!
